Excellent staff and great quality service, only let down by the fact that the salon was out of both the colours I'd wanted for my nails - two of the most popular colours as I understand - it would be good if they could review their ordering schedule as not the first time this has happened here.

I've been here multiple times and the staff have always been really lovely. On my last visit the beautician was so rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable, she waxed me, and kept telling me off for moving - she was where she was I'm hardly going to be super relaxed, but the fact she kept telling me off made me more nervous. When she had finished she stormed out and didn't offer me any lotion, I was left on the table not covered up as she opened the door and I felt vulnerable and ridiculous.
