Ripped off. Therapist started 20 mins late, then took less than 1 hour on the 2 massage treatments I had booked for 1.5 hours. Facial was the same thing; paid for the delux one and ended up being a classic instead. Total rip off, do not go there!!!

I had Margarita do my wax treatment and she was fabulous. Super professional, really friendly and she did such a good job - it definitely didn't hurt as much as it has done in the past. A shame the room has no windows or AC (basement room) but the treatment only lasted about 25 minutes anyway. I'll definitely be returning.

This was the worst facial I've ever had. I'm not sure the sponges were new/clean, the products felt like acid on my face, the lights were on in my face the entire time... Not returning.
