Upon arrival, as I was ten minutes early, I was asked to wait downstairs for my appointment. As there was not a clear waiting area downstairs I told a staff member downstairs that I was here for an appointment and she told me to sit and wait on a chair. After waiting for twenty minutes (ten minutes after my appointment was due to take place), my beautician finally asked who I was and said that I should not be sat downstairs. After I expressed that I had been told to sit downstairs by the receptionist, I was told that they had said I had already left and was not showing up for my appointment. Throughout my appointment, the beautician had to keep answering the phone to be told her next appointment was here and because my appointment started late, despite me being there on time, the beautician rushed my eyebrow wax and as I left I still had wax on my face. I found this experience quite stressful and was really disgusted by the poor organisation and lack of customer service.

The treatment was cheap and you get what you pay for. Staff are not properly trained. One nail didn't set properly so I had to go back the next day to have it redone. The staff were very apologetic but it was inconvenient as I was about to go on holiday.
