Treatment started 20 minutes late, which was fine but it was then 15 minutes shorter than it should have been.
The room was clean but you could hear the music quite loudly from the salon. The facial itself was good though and my skin did feel better and smoother.
I would come back but not great value for money as it didn't last the full amount of time I had paid for.

Although the email confirmation said Ola was doing my treatment, it ended up being someone else which was disappointing as Ola and Margarita are my favourite nail technicians. Nevertheless the lady I had was ok (but took a very long time) and so far no chips but she did not cap the ends of my nails so I think they will lift.
