As always the staff are always on time, place is always clean and they do a brilliant job. I have never had a bad experience here and have seen about 4 different beauty therapists and all just as good and friendly.

I missed my appointment but they were very flexible and managed to fit me in at a later stage that day. I had shellac polish removed from my toes- very efficient but would have liked to be given some cuticle oil like you do when they take shellace off your fingernails. Just personal preference.
