Venue was clean but staff at reception seemed disinterested. Told me to wait in a chair without telling me who I was waiting for or how long they would be. I waited 15 minutes.
Stylist asked what I wanted and I showed pictures and gave basic instructions, but was met with a look suggesting I'd asked them to crack the enigma code. Proceeded to wash my hair like it was their first time experiencing water, rubbed my hair dry, then gave a half-arsed cut that looked nothing like what I asked for.

Felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible. My hair was cut at least 2 inches shorter than I asked for after showing them specifically how long I wanted to keep it. Toilet was also gross!
