I went here for a massage the other day. I booked for a full body massage. Hoping I would get somewhere between swedish and deep tissue. But I think I ended up with aromatherapy as it wasnt as deep as I had hoped. The therapist was nice and very kind and price was cheap, I guess for this prices couldnt ask for more.
The salon is super trendy! Lot's of cool people, loud music, everyone is so trendy! I thought that my relaxing massage - will be not so relaxing! But we went to a secret room with wonderful chill music. The therapist didn't speak much (which I liked), massage was ok, basic techniques. Wouldn't recommend to go there for a massage- but for hair treatments- definitely!
The Therapist had a flu. Sometimes she cough and sounded really ill. I don't feel very comfortable has a sick person massage me. Hope she gets better soon. She also has a bit long nails for massage.
I went for a back massage and I did not realized I would get a full body massage (back, legs and face and skull). The spot is a hair salon and a beauty salon for nails and pedicures too. I was a bit worried at first because it was very busy and very noisy. The area for the massage is a bit isolated so it blocks the noise from the rest of the place and the calm and relaxing music that played in the back made the environment very suitable for a great massage. My therapist Clara was very nice and professional. I came in with with a a very tension back and very stressed from the day and I came out completely relaxed and serene. I had not slept this well in weeks. Next time I go back, I will definitely ask for her :)
The salon seemed very hectic when I walked in and the staff were not particularly welcoming or inviting upon my arrival.
The set up of the room was OK, nothing special.
My therapist however must have had a cold or something... she was sniffling the entire time and even stopped to blow her nose at one point. Quite disgusting to have her touching me after that...
