I wanted a simple trim off the length + some layers at the front. Lorena was really lovely + the cut seemed okay when I left but when I got home, I could see that the length was uneven and the layers weren't good (so had to try and rectify this myself which wasn't ideal) and so really disappointed and sad. I booked Silva on Treatwell but was told when I arrived Lorena would be doing my hair. I don't think they should be allowed to advertise certain stylists on TW and then not fulfil that.
