If you want to book with a specific stylist, don’t even bother cause they will just change the stylist without even informing you. They keep disclaiming that they are not to blame in case you’re unhappy with your stylist, as they are independent contractors but they still schedule you to whoever is available. I would suggest removing the option to choose your stylist if you’re not going to actually do that.. what even is the point..

I’ve never had a disappointing service here. Employee selection has been spot on as every staff member have a kindness and positive energy about them. Everyone is highly trained so have never been fooled by the affordable charges eluding to potentially receiving a poor outcome.
