The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The colou application was uneven — too thick in some areas and too thin in others — and the overall result was messy and poorly done. Jasmin was also quite rough during the process, and when I raised my concerns and asked for the color to be removed, she responded defensively. Instead of addressing the issue, she blamed the uneven result on the shape of my nails and insisted on her 15 years of experience. This made me feel like it was my fault,

Poor customer service in general, no one really cares about you there. The place is noisy, not very clean and there are a lot of people coming and going all the time. Waxing, manicure and pedicure were also of poor level and quality. Would not recommend.
