The venue is clean however the music was too loud because they need to cover the techno music played in the other room - this doesn't make the experience very relaxing..

I had a lovely chat with my beautician Ola and she did give me some great advice. My skin the next day was just amazing.
It's a bit daunting to go through the hair salon first, as it's so busy and loud, but the facial was great.
