I've been here multiple times and the staff have always been really lovely. On my last visit the beautician was so rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable, she waxed me, and kept telling me off for moving - she was where she was I'm hardly going to be super relaxed, but the fact she kept telling me off made me more nervous. When she had finished she stormed out and didn't offer me any lotion, I was left on the table not covered up as she opened the door and I felt vulnerable and ridiculous.
