Ripped off. Therapist started 20 mins late, then took less than 1 hour on the 2 massage treatments I had booked for 1.5 hours. Facial was the same thing; paid for the delux one and ended up being a classic instead. Total rip off, do not go there!!!

I had Margarita do my wax treatment and she was fabulous. Super professional, really friendly and she did such a good job - it definitely didn't hurt as much as it has done in the past. A shame the room has no windows or AC (basement room) but the treatment only lasted about 25 minutes anyway. I'll definitely be returning.
