Happy with my cut but it felt as though the stylist was rushed due to the back to back bookings he had that evening. Quite rough and the wash was not very thorough.

The conditioning treatment they advertise is now just conditioner they wash straight out your hair. I had to wait 20 minutes with wet hair before they found a new hairdresser for me and they don’t use any heat protector when drying hair.
