The massage was really great, and the room was professional and clean. Only issue was you could still hear the pumping music from the hairdressers above.

Great in that it was quick, efficient and simple. The girl was just the right amount of friendly but unfortunately I did get some bruising, which is why I am only giving 3 stars.

I should start by saying I have my nails done here all the time as it's good value for money and convenient for me. However, this time the girl who did my nails was so rude I would walk away if I'm paired with her again. She visibly didn't like my choice of colour, kept saying my hands were too tense (10+ times, if I didn't hear her the first time), that I placed my arms wrong on the table and my wrists wrong for the nail dryer. I was a bit shocked at her behaviour so I didn't say anything, plus I had to sit through the rest of my manicure but by god was she too much.
