I booked this last minute as it was convenient and discounted. Fairly average experience. I arrived a bit early and they were able to see me right away which was nice. The therapist who did my Hollywood wax was quick however even with using hot wax her technique meant that it was a bit painful (I've had many waxes before).

Therapist was lovely, and when I mentioned I didn't want to chat she was very accommodating.

Full pedicure didn't take a full hour. Would have been nice if she added an extra coat of the shellac as well. Otherwise she done a very professional job.
