Terrible service.Rushed appointment,cut done after colour instead of b4.Charged extra £55 to fix my red tones but still showing. Grey hair still visible. Ruined my birthday and a long trip from Gravesend for nothing.Want a refund or my hair redone😡

The place just feels chaotic. 2 or three different people dealing with you all talking across you to each other while they’re working on you. Moving from seat to seat. It feels now like an exercise in being processed as quickly as possible. The floor just covered in a carpet of hair. They’ve stopped offering you a drink. Everyone seems rushed and overworked
