I enjoyed the treatment however in comparison with other facials that I had in the past - unfortunately this was sub standard. The length of the service lasted 1h as opposed to 1h 15 minutes as advertised. Also even though there was relaxing music in the background - it was mixed with loud hyped up music witch made it hard to fully relax. The lady administrating the treatment was lovely though same as reception.

Booked for aromatherapy massage but received general treatment no aromatherapy. There was no consultation prior to the treatment. Felt cold throughout even with the heater on as it was in the basement. good but not what I paid for.
