When you arrive it's a hairdressers, you have to go down to the beauty room but no one told me where to go and it was a bit intimidating. Once in the beauty room the lady was very nice. It is a bit of a transformed back room though. Not hugely private.
My appointment for waxing and eyebrow tinting was really, really quick. The therapist said that she didn't want to do much with my brows as one was less full and it was better to wait and let it grow. She waxed a few small parts but I noticed, away the salon lights, that my brows looked a bit untidy in places and some hairs could have been plucked / trimmed. The lip waxing didn't hurt at all which I was surprised by. Again, once I got home, I noticed some hairs had been missed. I've had previous waxes where it takes weeks for the hair to grow back. From this experience, I had regrowth after a few days. I think the salon is so busy, given the location and prices, that people are brought in quickly then moved out to make room for the next waiting customer. I think I'd probably pay extra money to have a more thorough service elsewhere.
