This was the worst blow dry I've ever had and I've been had a few. The salon was hectic, when I arrived was told they would 'find someone for me' as the receptionist rushed off in a panic. I was then asked by the stylist to pay £5 extra for shampoo which was followed by a cold hair wash. The stylist completely disregarded what is asked for (Volumous blow dry, with the ends loosely curled with a tong) and proceeded to attack my hair with a hair brush and then hold the hairdryer on high heat directly on my scalp; I had to ask him to turn the heat down twice and I left with a burnt scalp. Rather than curling my hair with a tong he put it in rollers which resulted in a bouffant and then saturated my hair with hairspray so it was barely salvageable. It was rushed, painful and definitely did not do the job. I was stunned by how poor the whole experience was and I definitely won't be returning. Avoid at all costs.
