Staff was quite rude, they didn't care about any of their customers and none of them was talking in English, which I found it a bit weird.
The girl that waxed me didn't even know how to wax, she waxed my skin off instead of my hair and even though I was bleeding she kept waxing on top. Won't be coming back!

Really good eyelash and eyebrow tint - the first therapist to get the colour right for my eyebrows! Great value in a central location, very easy for a lunchtime treatment for anyone working in the West End.

I use Splash most of the time for my waxing needs because it is near my office and they are always on time and efficient. Staff are always really lovely too.

Not very good wax at all, paid for hot wax but told strip would be better. After disagreeing about it for a while agreed to strip wax but should have stuck to what I thought! Not very thorough at all and the Hollywood was more like a Brazilian! Disappointed as this was for my holiday.
