I visit Splash regularly however while my beautician was lovely it wasn't the best wax I've ever had. The wax itself was too hot and felt like it was burning me and I came out of the treatment with wax all down both of my legs. It just seemed like a messy job.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. I asked for a long bob, with longer hair at the front and ended up with a jagged mess of layers and the same length all the way around so will have to wait for it to grow to rectify.
When I tried to say it still looked very dry at the ends I was doused in serum so it also then looked greasy.
There was also a unprofessional spat over who was doing my cut while I was having my hair washed, and just generally bad communication all round.
Plus points were they were flexible when I needed to change my appointment time, they offered magazines and coffee - but overall awful experience

Great little place tucked away in soho. The mani was Nice, quick and had plenty of colours to choose from. Will definitely try again
