I booked a shellac removal. First of all, the removal is with soaking, not with foil like in most places. I believe this should have been mentioned on the website, since soaking damages my skin more, and I would have avoided it.
Then, the lady who removed my shellac was really nice, but really damaged my nails. She scraped too hard and for most fingers, she scraped layers of nail, which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid when removing shellac. I will not be coming here again for removal.
