Loud music from the hairdressers and the lady doing my nails looked like she didn't have a clue! I used to be a regular here but I don't think I'll be coming back soon...

The members of staff were very professional and direct so I didn't feel self conscious in any way. The room was warm and had ambient music so I felt very relaxed throughout, the massage itself was great and I asked to have my back focussed on which the lady did
