I really like Splash,
but last time the member of staff was quite unprofessional:
firstly she did after bikini how waxing the stripe waxing on top of that. That cause skin damage in sensitive bikini area!!
Secondly, the lady was using the same paper for removing stripe wax from legs for so many times that it lost it's adhesive ability and started hurting.
