Not the most gentle wax I’ve had but the lady was lovely and chatty and removed everything so pretty good value in the end.

They are normally quite timely here but sometimes there’s a mix up - which there was this time I was left waiting 20mins .. not ideal. Job was ok Indian girl hurt me a little due to doing massive areas at once. All in all it’s good value.

The staff had trouble figuring out where I was supposed to be as none of them spoke much English. I was sent downstairs, upstairs, back down again before they finally understood me/eaxhother. This did delay things so I had to ask my stylist to speed up about 40 mins into the blow dry as I had a lunch meeting an hour after the appointment should have started.
Blow dry itself was great.
