Splash has been disappointing me a few times now. They have so much staff that some of them just don’t know what they’re done when they’re waxing you! It is a bit ridiculous.

The place was very busy but the girl took me downstairs to the nail salon and I was greeted there very nicely. I got shellac manicure, which was brilliant. I really enjoyed the experience, especially the scrub and the cream that they used for my hands at the end.
