Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. I asked for a long bob, with longer hair at the front and ended up with a jagged mess of layers and the same length all the way around so will have to wait for it to grow to rectify. When I tried to say it still looked very dry at the ends I was doused in serum so it also then looked greasy. There was also a unprofessional spat over who was doing my cut while I was having my hair washed, and just generally bad communication all round. Plus points were they were flexible when I needed to change my appointment time, they offered magazines and coffee - but overall awful experience

Great little place tucked away in soho. The mani was Nice, quick and had plenty of colours to choose from. Will definitely try again
