Really bad experience this time. The beautician was busy talking to her friend all the time and she was not focused on mani & pedi. She had to remove and polish again 3 nails after she ruined them because of her distraction. And it took 1 hour and a half instead on 1 hour.
After 2 hours I had left I realised my pedi was ruined already and I had to come back to have 3 nails fixed, luckily by another beautician.

I'd been to another branch of Splash before and know that it is a bit of a hectic place with lots of people running around in a cramped place. It was a really hot day and there wasn't really any air conditioning however the room I was treated in did have a fan. Overall I was very happy with the Hollywood wax I received. The salon just got a new hot wax which was incredible and resulted in the least painful Hollywood wax I've had. I was waxed by Esmeralda who was lovely and very efficient. I was happy with the treatment when leaving the salon however when I got home I did discover that she had left some pieces of wax on me which were painful to remove myself. Nevertheless it was a good experience overall and I would go back and recommend the service to a friend.
