Alessandro did a great job, very satisfied with the results. This was my first Brazilian blow dry and my only issue was that the treatment irritated my scalp when it was first applied (stinging sensation). Although this didn't last long it would have been good to know in advance that that might happen. The salon was very hot and noisy but it was during a summer heatwave and I was out within 2.5 hours which seems good compared to other people's experiences that I have read about. Alessandro was very thorough and polite - thank you!

Evelyna was lovely, very professional. Only down points is that there were bits of wax left around my bikini area, and there were a few hairs left around the bikini line. Overall good experience though

The venue had really loud music on, like in the night club, it gave me a headache. There was a lot of hair all over the floor. But I am happy with my haircut
