Really lovely technician, but rather loud and the manicure is incredibly bumpy and not as sleek on the edges as I would expect.

Overall the experience was a good one. However, when I got in to the chair everything just seemed really rushed and I just felt like they wanted me in and out as quickly as possible.
I'd booked a wash and cut but wasn't even offered the wash... straight into the cut we went even though I had product in my hair.
Although really happy with the final cut, once I got back to my office my colleague pointed out that my forehead, back of neck and ears were covered in hairs which I had to then go and remove.
I really like Splash and the staff there but it just seems this time that the little attentions to detail were missed which is a shame because, so far, I've had a good experience with them.

Booking was quick and easy. Slots were convenient to suit me. The salon was quite hot, but staff had fans on and were offering water. The service from the waxer was friendly and efficient. I would use this salon again and Treatwell.

Splash Soho is a great value salon for all the treatment it has to offer. It’s always full of life and music always playing (loud sometimes). Friendly staff and if your pre book your appointment then your wait time is minimal.
