Beautician got wax in my hair when doing my eyebrows and it was sticky for thre rest of the day. After treatment, there was wax still left in the area. She went over the area a number of times as she was unsuccessful at first making it uncomfortable.

Very disappointing. I asked to have my existing haircut style kept but just shorten my hair length. What I received was a 5cm cut all around the basic shape of my hair, that took 5 mins and messed up my existing old cut style. The hairdresser didnāt seem to understand my request, and even at the end when I said if he can cut more or keep the layers style, he just said something about dry cutting and an extra 10Ā£. By that point I didnāt trust the hairdresser to know what to do, and also the up-sell method was disappointing.
