The staff were friendly and helpful, the nail salon is in the basement so it’s cool even on a hot day. I really liked the girl who painted my nails. The speed of the service was impressive - 30 minutes for an express shellac seemed ambitious but it was timed perfectly. It’s also very economical for central London.
My only complaint would be the filing and shaping of my nails, they were left so jagged they caught of things and the shaping was very uneven - so much so one side of the nail was longer than the other. I had to file most of my nails myself the moment I got back to the office.
It’s always difficult to balance price with quality - overall the service was good but I think I would rather have paid slightly more for a manicure somewhere that wouldn’t have required me risking ruining my freshly sealed shellac by filing myself!
