Everything was good apart from the fact that my nails were damaged in the process. The beautician cut my skin, the solution in which my nails were soaked brought up eczema, and my nails have been damaged on the top.

I only had my shellac removed so can’t comment on the quality of manicure. Sara was very lovely and did a good job with my nails. It was good to see good hygiene practices - i.e gloves etc but I thought the place itself was a bit dusty.
