I was seen very quickly, which was good. The haircut was good, but I don’t feel like the stylist asked enough questions to get the cut I wanted and I’ve now got feathering I didn’t ask for! The brushes used had lots of old hair on them and the station didn’t look clean. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was good (this is in Soho so don’t go if you want a calm luxury experience!). I’d go back but perhaps ask for a different stylist.
