She didn’t had a clue on what she was doing ! They used non sterilised equipment, it was dirty and she used the same towel for every step, later when I point out the mistakes she used her nail to clean the area!

The only reason I gave very good instead of great, was because my beautician - although very good at her job - kept coughing (clearly not well) and was not wearing a mask and because she was working with her hands unable to cover her mouth. 2 days later I now have a sore throat.

Not a great cut, asked for feathered curtain bangs but got a very short full fringe, quite spikey as well. Never got conditioning treatment either. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff though
