Was handed over to a different staff member part way through the gel removal, amidst confusion of who was doing what and who was there for what treatment. But apart from that, standard gel removal.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal

So coming into the salon it looked really nice. Didn't know where the nail salon part was, so I asked someone who worked there and they just starred at me blankly?
The technician was awful, I'm not sure how long she has been doing nails for, however whilst filing my nails she managed to file the sign around the nails aswell, so now my fingertips are red raw. I was told to dip my fingertips into pure acetone to get existing shellac off instead of foils? This hurt my fingers where the lady had filed away at my skin...
The lady did a good job of shaping my nails! I love the shape, however there were still bits of skin underneath my nail that she never took care of which my my manicure look messy. When we get onto the painting part, she started off painting my nails and then she touched one of the painted nails with her hand and told ME to be careful?! This happened 4 times... She proceeded to wipe away excess polish with her finger nails, which hurt quite bad. Once finished she filed away at my nails even more, - don't know why???
The overall look is okay.. The lady whlas incredibly unprofessional and not welcoming.. Thought I'd try somewhere new. But this just wasn't up to par.
This is an honest review.
