Very disappointed. The salon is disorganised. I only came for gel removal which is a maximum 15 minute process, yet having booked in advance there was no therapist for me and the staff didn’t even communicate this. I would understand if I was a walk in customer but this was not the case. One of therapists doing someone else’s nails did attend to me in between her other customer, however the job was very rushed and combined with the wait I ended up being in the salon for 30 mins.

This is my second visit to this salon and I am very happy with my rooth coluring and the blow-dry I had this time so for this I rated it 5* . The only thing I can mention is that the music it’s a bit too loud inside and there was no AC and was really hot. Other than this, the stuff and treatments were very good. I’ll come back
