I went to take my acrylics on and to get a set of BIAB. The ‘nail tech’ filed my nails down so hard, resulting in them burning quite badly and thinning out considerably. After the BIAB was done, the set started coming apart day after day: chipped nail, gel lifting off etc. I went in after almost a week to get them redone, and was told that I couldn’t get BIAB again, because my nails are really thin. Needless to say, a terrible experience. My nails are in the worst state they’ve ever been in.
