Nice service. Great that you can book through the app they even have appointments on the day. Tommy my stylist was attractive and kind. Nice conversation and made sure I was 100% happy before finishing my appointment. Good value for money as well.

Sadly a really disappointing experience at splash soho. As a regular satisfied customer, I had my first negative treatment.
My therapist was extremely inexperienced in shellac nails resulting in the process taking a very long time, the deluxe section was anything but and the gel was applied super thickly which peeled off within a week.
My eyebrow wax was basic and strands of hair were left.
I think Splash need to ensure all therapists are fully trained in all areas before allowing them to the paying public.
