Had my wash cut and blow dry by Matt. I arrived early and wasn't kept waiting. Matt was very efficent and put me at ease. Listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a great cut.

They were rough at removing my last shellac, to the point that they hurt my cuticles. Both manicure and pedicure ended up with uneven coats and edges
