It's a bit cramped and hectic, and wasn't very relaxing, but I was amazed with the quality of the manicure I got out of it, and really good value for money.

The actual cut and blow dry I received was very good and efficient. The guy who did my hair was very nice and did a good job. However my overall experience was bad. They opened late so all the appointments were rushed, my hairdresser was told I was there for a blow dry so he started drying my hair before I asked him if he was going to cut it. And then I felt to awkward to ask for my conditioning treatment (didn’t think I needed to after he went to check my apt details) so all in all I didn’t actually receive the service I paid for.

very busy and hot, but I was seen relatively quickly, the beautician that saw me was very friendly and made me feel at ease, she did an amazing job, which keep me calm as I was quite nervous and self conscious. The only issue is that she rushed a few areas and should of doubled check everything was OK, but that is me just being picky. the room was fine, small and had a broken lamp, i would of been more hygienic if the bin was cleared every season.
