This visit was my 3rd time at Splash Soho. As always the staff are super friendly and great personalities and have always made me smile. Service is prompt. I love that I can book a last minute appointment and there is generally always availability as the salon is open late every night. A glass of rose while I had my treatment is a lovely gesture and makes you feel v pampered. Overall value is good when taking into account the discount that was applied. Only thing that could perhaps be improved was how hot the lower ground part of the salon was - the air con / fan didn’t really seem to be working very well (having said that we were in the middle of a heatwave so this shouldn’t be held against the salon who were trying their best to cope with the heat).
