Very disappointing. I asked to have my existing haircut style kept but just shorten my hair length. What I received was a 5cm cut all around the basic shape of my hair, that took 5 mins and messed up my existing old cut style. The hairdresser didn’t seem to understand my request, and even at the end when I said if he can cut more or keep the layers style, he just said something about dry cutting and an extra 10£. By that point I didn’t trust the hairdresser to know what to do, and also the up-sell method was disappointing.

The music was so loud, no wipes left, no towel to cover yourself while therapist came back in, no communication, was just awkward. Not impressed really.
