A friend recommended me to try this place, she has had a great experience and said 'ignore the initial part of the loud music and the chaos, the actual wax is great and I always go back'. Sadly I didn't quite have the same experience and it was truly the most agonising and frustrating wax I have ever had. I had to ask the beautician (calling her a beautician is insulting to those who are actually great at what they do) to please go over 5 areas as there was still a lot of hairs left. I still have a mark in the area she had ripped my skin too many times. The floor was covered in hair from the salon outside, I had someone try and come in during my treatment, and I definitely know she was not replacing the sticks every time, so the hygiene of the wax was also terrible. Although the waxes are cheap, it really is not worth it.
