Booking was dealt with well, and I was seen instantly, skipping the big queue of guys waiting. Ambience was loud and busy but I wouldn't expect anything less in Soho. The manicurist has no electric nail file so was unable to remove my SNS which made removal quite painful. Have to say I wouldn't go again but the salon is lovely.
