Had a pleasant experience, I was seen ahead of my appointment time and offered a beverage. With regards to the haircut, I was very pleased with the result in particular the attention paid to styling my hair, and liked the energy from the staff. However, I would say I was in close proximity to the door making it difficult to relax due to the number of people entering/leaving. The music playing was also quite loud which made it difficult to communicate with the hair dresser and relax.
