I've been going to Splash Soho for a abut 4 years. It was always great value - efficient and professional staff in a convenient location. My last appointment couldn't have been different. The manicurist was inexperienced and not client-aware. Her English needed drastic improvement. I had a poor manicure and while waiting for my brow wax there seemed to be confusion about who was doing it. The woman who seemed to be the manager just complained that they didn't have time to do her nails! The beauty part of the salon was poorly run. I've never left a bad review before. I'm sad to lose my go-to place for manis because of untrained staff and poor management.

The salon was running quite late so it took a while for the staff to get to me, but both the hair treatment and the blow dry were really great, My hair looked perfect and the blow dry really lasted so overall I was very happy.
