My appointment was moved once to 5 minutes after I booked. When I arrived on time I was made to wait for 15 minutes while others who arrived after me were treated ahead of me and no one explained why I wasn’t yet. At 1:40 I received an email from Treatwell saying that my appointment was moved to 1:25pm, which clearly was not communicated to me before I arrived. While my Shellac was removed efficiently, I was given the tiniest amount of oil for my nails hurriedly at the end which meant they were left dry and brittle.
