I liked the place and master was very focused. But terrible organization and management. Waited in the room for 15 minutes, no one could to navigate where to go, and for whatever reason admins were knocking to the door after 10 mins of treatment hurrying up my master to finish, so not finished work. Im disappointed, hopefully venue management will see this message to fix issues

I have had a lot of waxes and this was one of the most painful. The worst part of the experience was the setup of the studio. The waxing room is not very discreet so I felt very uncomfortable when the therapist would walk in and out of the room when I was unclothed, as there were lots of men waiting for haircuts just outside. I wouldn’t go back here.
