Firstly, I had to wait 40 mins for a 15 min appointment even after they called and changed the appointment according to their schedule. Unacceptable.
Second, she pulled my skin under the eyebrow, it started bleeding and she didn't even acknowledged it, forget getting an apology.
Third, who uses stip wax on eyebrows, use hot wax. Stip was was done 3-4 times at the same spot left my eyebrow area with burning sensation for more than 24 hours.
Please avoid at all cost for eyebrows.

Not a pleasant or relaxing environment. My lady left my pedicure halfway to do someone’s brows then came back to finish my pedicure. Felt very unhygienic. My nails do look good but I wouldn’t go back.
