Terrible experience!! Music is so loud I don't think anyone can even understand each other! Was greeted by the hairdresser which was a plus I guess but that's basic requirements surely. Explain to the barber about what I want andi eve show him etc and he still don't understand. He gets the clipper out and became very unsure as to what to do? Kept taking the comb on and off for unknown reasons. Then continues to cut hair have to stop and explain again. Then does a few trimmings on the top and leaves it and I then ask him to do so and so... Then he does the top but doesn't blend it... Have to keep asking him to blend blend blend!!! Don't think he knows much about blending. Moving on to the beard.. You should always cut it in a downwards stroke as to avoid hair going into the clients face and eyes!!! Yep all in my eye... Done a botch job of the beard and had to ask him repeated times to amend it. I mean I gave him so many chances to redeem himself but in end the I got so annoyed looks like I'll have to find another barber to fix my hair.
Coming to the end of the treatment... He then tells me that the beard costs another £4 fair enough, but your skills of trimming it is appalling to say the least. Right at the end he tries to shoo me out the door and I tell him umm what about washing my hair since I paid for that... Face turns red then gets my hair cleaned and out. Sorry to say but this play is abysmal for a central London service. I'm from East London and you get treated 200 times better. Not having my business again for sure. Having to spend another £12 to amend my hair now... Thank you!!

Had my wash cut and blow dry by Matt. I arrived early and wasn't kept waiting. Matt was very efficent and put me at ease. Listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a great cut.
